The Secret Path
One of our family’s greatest pleasures is biking to Millheim for breakfast and coffee at the Inglebean. We only take it during the warm months when Penns Creek is low because you will have to portage your bike at one point along the ride.

If you’re serious about mileage, consider continuing your ride from Oakwood on Penns Creek to Mifflinburg and from there jump on The Buffalo Valley Rail Trail.
Bike to Mifflinburg
A 13-mile bike ride from Oakwood on Penns Creek to Mifflinburg is a relatively flat, and definitely a scenic journey.
